Life Legacy
The passing of Burton “Bertie” Stuart Spencer of Holtville, NB occurred on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on August 29, 1926 in Parkers Ridge, NB, he was the son of the late Stuart and Ada (Calhoun) Spencer. Bertie is survived by his sisters, Betty Black (Hugh), Gracie Green and Dixie Foulkins (Lawrence); brothers, Delbert (Elizabeth), Vaughan (Valerie), Leroy (Joyce) and Terry (Ethel); several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Jacquetta Fowler; brothers, Blaine, Reg, Calvin and infant brother, Eugene. There will be no services by request; interment will take place in the Spencer Family Cemetery, Parkers Ridge, NB at a later date.
